Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice is designed to assist you in understanding how Silaii New York (“Silaii”, “we”, “us” “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards the information you provide us when you visit our website (https://www.silaii.co) (the “Site”), use the services we provide on the Site and in our stores (together, the “Services”). This Notice also explains the choices you have regarding our use of your information. Any personal information will be processed in compliance with current applicable laws on privacy and with any specific local regulations applicable from time to time.
Subject to these terms, you may return your SILAII Online Boutique purchase (excluding sale items, jewelry, and customized products) by returning it to the SILAII New York Online Boutique.
If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this by returning to the Online Boutique for a refund and then purchasing the new item separately.
Returns only accepted with proof of purchase.
Unless the return is required by law:
• Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
• Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
• All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. If all packaging is not returned, the return may not be accepted.
• Every clothing item has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
• All purchases on jewelry, leggings, and ethnic clothing is final sale. We will not accept returns on these items.
This policy applies to SIALII In-Boutique purchases also.
This policy does apply to Phone Orders, with the exception that Phone Orders must be returned through Client Services.(https://www.silaii.co/contact-us)
While SIALII covers the costs of returns using the prepaid returns label within United States, return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. All orders shipped DDP, with duties and taxes included at checkout, will have the full duties and tax amount included in their refund. For orders shipped DDU, SILAII will not refund any duties and taxes, these can be claimed from your local tax office.
Return shipping costs are not covered by SILAII. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Follow the steps below to arrange a return.
Note: You will need access to a printer to complete the return process.
1. Request a return
To request a return, please email us at contactsilaii@gmail.com
and include your order number in the subject line.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirming your return details along with a return label. Any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated at this stage.
2. Pack your item(s)
Carefully pack the return item(s) into one package. Affix your shipping label (page with barcode) to the outside of your package.
Do not include the bill document or commercial invoice inside the package.
3. Return your item(s)
If a courier collection has been arranged, the courier will collect your return on the booked date and deliver it to the SILAII Online Boutique for processing. Once collected, use the link in your confirmation email to track your return.
To view, change, or cancel your existing return courier booking, refer to your courier confirmation email and follow the instructions provided.

You may drop off your package at a courier location near you. Once dropped off, use the link in your confirmation email to track your return.
If your area is not serviced, please contact Client Services.
If you choose to return your items using an alternative courier service, SILAII will not be liable for any loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred.

Note: We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving them. During sale periods, processing times may take 1–2 additional business days.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive your refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5 business days of receiving your return. During sale periods returns processing may take 1-2 days longer.
For online purchases, returns other than for faulty goods must be requested and sent back within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. An online return request must be submitted to receive your refund within normal processing times.
SILAII does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
Exchange rates for all currencies are locked in for 90 days from the date of purchase and Clients will receive their local currency refund based on the same exchange rate as their original transaction.
